Dance Confident Shop Policies FOR: Pick Up Location at GUS® | 5230 N. Clark Street, Chicago

Policies effective 9/7/26

  • Customers under 16 must pick up/try on items with a parent/guardian present. Dance Confident Shop strives to fit each dancer properly. Proper fit is achieved when an adult is present with the child.
  • Customers must allow 30 minutes prior to class to try on/pick up items
  • Customers cannot try on/pick up items in-between their dance classes
  • Dance Confident Shop Customer Service is the source for all questions including shop hours at GUS® location, approving exchanges, stock available, and any question pertaining to purchases from Dance Confident Shop

Refund Policy

  • Dance Confident Shop has a no refund policy

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned

  • Tights cannot be exchanged or returned

Exchange Policy

  • Full price items may be exchanged for the exact item in a different size or for an item of equal or greater value 

  • Exchange full price item within one week of pick up date

  • All full price items must be unworn to exchange

  • Tights and sale items cannot be exchanged

  • Item(s) must be in original package with tags attached

  • Item(s) may be exchanged two weeks from pick-up date

  • Sale items are final sale

  • Exchange @ GUS® | 5230 N Clark during Dance Confident Shop hours 

  • Dance Confident Shop hours change weekly

Dance Confident Shop is a separate business from GUS® location | 5230 N Clark Street, Chicago

  • GUS® employees/faculty cannot accept any exchanges during non Dance Confident Shop hours
