Refund Policy

  • GUS SHOP has a no refund policy
  • Tights cannot be exchanged

Exchange Policy

  • Full price items may be exchanged for the exact item in a different size
  • All items must be unworn to exchange
    • Tights cannot be exchanged
  • Item(s) must be in original package with tags attached
  • Item(s) may be exchanged two weeks from pick-up date
  • Item(s) may not be exchanged two weeks after pick-up date
  • Sale items are final sale

Exchange Procedure - Must be two weeks from pick-up date

  • Customer emails GUS SHOP: custserv@guslegacy.org
  • Include following info
    • Order #
    • Customer name & dancer name
    • Item to exchange | Size needed
  • Customer receives email with link to select day/time for exchange
  • GUS SHOP staff exchanges item when you come IF item you are exchanging is unworn in original packaging

Please note - GUS SHOP is separate from GUS®
• GUS® employees/faculty cannot accept any exchanges at drop-off or pick-up.
